Take four drops from your personalized remedy bottle four times a day or more frequently if necessary. The treatment bottle lasts for approximately 3 weeks. There’s no limit to how long you can continue to take the flower remedies, although the idea is to stop when emotional states have improved. Since the flower remedies are not a substitute for medical care, continue any regular treatment while using them.
