Well Hello There!

Let me tell you a little bit about me...

I am a wife of over 40 years to a wonderful man. We've made a beautiful life together with two grown children with families of their own, which means I’m a Memere too! Both of of our grandchildren will be 16 years old this year. Where does the time go? Oh, and we have Max, our grand fur baby too. Simply adorable. That's our beautiful and fun-loving family.

I love spending time with my family and friends and volunteering in our community. I also have a few interests like crystals, spiritual energy, essential oils, reading all kinds of natural healing books which has recently resulted in me creating some natural products. I have my 2nd degree in reiki energy healing. I also have an interest in astrology that will be a life long journey. I am never bored! lol.

I believe that when something or someone crosses your path in life, it happens for a reason and we should consider looking at it, especially if it shows up in your life a few times. This has happened to me multiple times in my life. One time is when my Bach Flower Essence journey began. A few years ago a Bach Flower Essence book caught my eye in a gift shop. When flipping through some of the pages, it all seemed remarkably interesting and since I’m a very curious person I had to buy it! The more I read, the more I wanted to learn more about this amazing vibrational medicine.

I completed my Level One through the Bach Centre in England in March 2019. Then began using the remedies on myself and family and experienced amazing results and I’ve been using them ever since! The next few years I completed three more levels including the Flower Essence Practitioner certification with Living Enrichment and now belong to the Bach Flower Practitioner Alliance.

After experiencing my own success in personal growth, I decided to share my passion and knowledge with others through my own professional practice. My Bach Flower Essence practice is based on helping people to manage their emotions with the natural, simple, and self-help system developed by Dr. Edward Bach. I teach while I help people how to use these beautiful remedies to balance their emotions and improve their well-being.
